has been training pointing breeds for over the past 13
years, from German Shorthaired Pointers to
Llewellin Setters. He uses pheasants, quail and pigeons for
training and hunts grouse and woodcock in Wisconsin's
Northern woods.
Craig is breeding the old fashion foot hunting Llewellin with natural ability to point, back and retrieve. These Llewellin really love to hunt for the gun! On Puppies, Craig believes that, the best thing you can do for your puppy is to show the pup a bird a couple times a week so that the pup learns to love birds and to play games with him like retrieving. |
